DB Shoes

Evaluated new platform options and technology stack that could be integrated with a traditional mail order platform with new sites in the B2C and B2B segments with different price files and stock availability. Produced a final options report and mentored the existing owners in their platform selection.

Yours Clothing

E-sation provided strategy direction to the fast growing women' s plus size fashion retailer in the omnichannel and internet space. Yours Clothing operate 14 international websites, 150 Uk stores and a growing store presence in Germany and Ireland. E-sation has delivered substantial ecommerce growth and the business now  delivers over 60% of it sales from ecommerce. E-sation have recruited a new Data & Analytics team, new design team, redesigned the structure of customer services and delivered a digital roadmap which is being implemented by E-sation's consultants.

Working directly for the Baird Group, the menswear brand developed the digital transformation strategy and roadmap. Launched online brand Oli.co.uk aimed at 30+ female market. Online brand with migration from traditional direct telesales brands. Major above the line campaign to support launch with  £10m sales within 3 months

M&M Direct.com

Online sales driven from 32% to 95% of total sales in 3 years.  Sales driven to £110m and EBITDA of £17m at it's peak.
